About Vitelo

A new model for specialist access, built for the world's underserved markets.

Vitelo is a telehealth platform designed to connect patients with remote specialists at the point of primary care. It is developed and operated by AI Medical City Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales, and is part of the AI Medical Holding Limited group.

Why Vitelo exists

In most of the world, access to a specialist is determined not by clinical need but by geography. Patients in secondary cities, rural areas, and underserved communities wait months for appointments that patients in major urban centres receive in days. Vitelo exists to change that. By connecting a local doctor and a remote specialist through a secure clinical platform, Vitelo makes specialist-level care available at any facility with a qualified clinician and an internet connection.

Intended capability

Vitelo is currently in development. The services described on this website represent the intended capability of the platform. Vitelo is not yet operational as a clinical service. All clinical services will be subject to applicable regulatory requirements in each market before launch.

What guides us

01

Access as a clinical imperative

We believe that access to specialist care is a clinical need, not a privilege. The Vitelo model is designed to make specialist assessment available to patients regardless of where they live.

02

Clinicians at the centre

Technology in the Vitelo platform exists to support clinicians, not to replace them. Every clinical decision is made by a qualified, registered medical practitioner. This is a design principle, not a disclaimer.

03

Governance without compromise

Vitelo operates within established clinical governance frameworks. We do not trade safety for scale. Clinical governance standards apply equally in every market we intend to enter.

04

Transparency about what we are

Vitelo is a platform in development. We are transparent about what the platform currently does, what it intends to do, and what it does not do. We do not overstate our capability or our operational status.
