Investor enquiries
Supporting the development of a new model for global specialist access.
Vitelo is seeking investment to support the development of its clinical technology platform and its intended expansion into Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, and the Gulf. We welcome enquiries from investors with an interest in health technology and emerging market healthcare.
The investment opportunity
The gap between specialist supply and patient demand in South Asia and the Gulf represents one of the most significant unmet needs in global healthcare. Vitelo's model — connecting patients with remote specialists at the point of primary care — is designed to address that gap at scale, through a partnership model that does not require Vitelo to build or operate clinical facilities in each market.
01
Large and growing addressable markets
Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, and the Gulf have a combined population of over 1.8 billion people. Rising chronic disease burden and a growing middle class are increasing demand for specialist care in all four markets.
02
Asset-light partnership model
Vitelo enters markets through partnerships with existing clinical facilities. The model does not require Vitelo to build hospitals or employ large clinical teams in each market, enabling expansion without proportional capital expenditure.
03
Proprietary clinical technology platform
The Vitelo platform — including the clinical video system, the Virtual Nurse history-taking tool, and the remote monitoring data pipeline — is developed and owned by AI Medical City Limited.
04
Clinical governance as a competitive advantage
Vitelo's clinical governance framework is designed to meet the standards of established healthcare regulators. This positions Vitelo to operate in regulated markets where governance requirements create a barrier to entry for less rigorous competitors.
Development stage
Vitelo is currently in development. The platform is not yet operational as a clinical service. Investment sought at this stage is intended to fund the completion of platform development, regulatory assessment in target markets, and the establishment of initial clinical partnerships. Vitelo does not publish financial projections or valuations on this website. These are available to qualified investors under a non-disclosure agreement.
