Clinical partners
Bringing specialist access to patients where they are.
Vitelo works with hospitals, clinic groups, and health systems to deliver specialist consultations at the point of care. If your organisation has patients who need specialist access and clinicians who can conduct a physical examination, we would like to speak with you.
How the partnership model works
A Vitelo clinical partnership connects a local clinical facility with a network of remote specialists. The local facility provides the examination space, the local doctor, and the patient. Vitelo provides the remote specialist, the clinical technology platform, and the clinical governance framework.
Local clinical facility
- Provides a suitable examination room with appropriate equipment
- Provides a qualified local doctor to conduct the physical examination
- Manages patient scheduling and local administrative processes
- Ensures local regulatory and clinical governance requirements are met
Vitelo
- Provides the remote specialist for the consultation
- Provides the secure clinical video platform
- Provides the Virtual Nurse history-taking tool where applicable
- Maintains the clinical governance framework for the consultation
- Provides clinical indemnity arrangements for the remote specialist component
Who we work with
Vitelo is designed to work with a range of clinical facilities and health system partners. We are particularly interested in organisations operating in markets where specialist access is limited or where patients face significant barriers to specialist care.
01
Hospitals and secondary care facilities
Hospitals that wish to offer specialist consultations beyond their existing clinical capacity, or that wish to provide specialist access to patients in catchment areas not served by a specialist centre.
02
Clinic groups and primary care networks
Groups of primary care clinics or polyclinics that wish to provide patients with access to specialist assessment without requiring referral to a hospital setting.
03
Health systems and insurers
Health systems, managed care organisations, and insurers that wish to provide specialist telehealth as a benefit to their members or covered populations.
04
Occupational health and employer schemes
Employers and occupational health providers that wish to offer specialist access as part of an employee health benefit, particularly for workforces in locations with limited specialist provision.
The partnership process
Initial enquiry
Submit a partnership enquiry using the form on this page. We will respond within five working days to arrange an initial conversation.
Clinical and operational assessment
We will assess whether your facility and patient population are suitable for the Vitelo model. This includes a review of your clinical environment, local regulatory context, and patient needs.
Partnership agreement
If the assessment is positive, we will agree the terms of the partnership, including the scope of services, clinical governance arrangements, and commercial terms.
Technical and clinical setup
We will work with your team to install and configure the Vitelo clinical technology platform, train local clinical staff, and complete any regulatory requirements applicable in your jurisdiction.
Service launch
Once setup is complete and all governance requirements are satisfied, the service launches. Vitelo provides ongoing clinical and technical support throughout the partnership.
Become a clinical partner
If you represent a hospital, clinic group, health system, or employer scheme and wish to explore a Vitelo clinical partnership, please submit an enquiry. We will respond within five working days.
